About Me
Engr. Mardione Albert Mozo is the former Chairperson of Mechanical Engineering Department of Ateneo de Davao University where he teaches both graduate and undergraduate courses. He is a licensed Mechanical Engineer and a graduate of Master in Energy at Asian Institute of Technology with a major in Energy Technology and Master of Business and Administration at Ateneo de Davao University.
His research area focuses on Rural development using alternative energy, Energy technology, Renewable energy and Sustaible energy business model. Some of his studies that highlighted Renewable energy and rural development are, "Design, Implementation and Impact Assessment of Modern Energy Access of Indigenous Community: The Energy Plus Approach for Sitio, Patulangan, Bukidnon, Philippines".
Currently, he is doing research and development of the “Concentrated Solar Power – Design of the Thermal System Tracker System” – a funded research by the Department of Science and Technology, “Assessment, Design, and Implementation of Passive Solar Tracker Using Hydraulic Power for a Photovoltaic System in Zambanguita, Bukidnon” – a funded research by University Research Council of Ateneo de Davao University and Modified Geometry of a Thermoelectric Cooler-based Atmospheric Water Generator: Design, Modeling and Simulation.
